So my facebook button on sharethispage block on the main page says 43 million likes. That does not seem to be correct. How do I fix this?

Looking at the HTML in your case, it appears your sidebar_share_page template has been customized with a non-standard version (it's using a different URL).

Looks like it was using my old facebook page www.facebook.com/oldrow.net
I just changed the template to www.facebook.com/oldrow and got it to work. Sweet thanks. Any idea how to fix my facebook like box in the footer?

Since that's not there out of the box, I assume it's custom code (or perhaps start of your style). You'd need to figure out where it is (probably the footer template) to know how to change it.
