Appreciate the flag — turned out to be a dual-stack / secondary IP binding issue


IPv6 + a second IPv4 were resolving for some clients before they were fully bound in Plesk/Apache, causing a default vhost fallback that looked like the panel. All IPs are now properly registered, bound, and rebuilt.


Should be consistent now across IPv4/IPv6 — give it another try and let me know if you still see anything odd.
