Lack of interest setup Q&A verification on install

Or at least prompt the admin to setup Q&A immediately after install.

I'm not so sure, coming up with a set of questions would take time.

Additionally, I don't use Q&A as a significant number of the members on my site don't speak English (they register for the stat's and data).
