As designed Settings for Activity Summary emails need their own label in ACP

The settings for Activity Summary emails are listed under Bounced emails.

AdminCP >> Options >> Email options

Soft bounce trigger threshold >> Activity summary email batch limit

This should have its own label on that ACP page.

It does have a dedicated entry in the sidebar under Communication though!

I assume you mean there's a discrepancy where the bounce trigger options have a label on the left-hand side, but the activity summary options do not? If so, that's because the activity summary options are actually dependents of the checkbox input directly above them, and checkbox labels appear next to the checkbox rather than on the left-hand side.
