Setting up a static page/URL Shortening

Right so not sure if this is in the right forum but...

I have an url shortening service tsps.us and I'd like to get it into a static page on my forum, what would be the best way to go about this? I honestly don't know where to start.

Here's where I'm at with my logic could I take the index for the tsps.us site and stick the code into the xenforo page and it would work?

The Url shortener is based in YOURLS

Basically I would like to display/serve what I currently have at tsps.us inside a static page.
