XF 1.3 Set Groups to Watch Specific Threads?

I've setup Xenforo to be used internally within our company, and I'd like to make everyone who is part of the IT group (that I've established within Xenforo) watch the Information Technology forum. As the users haven't been added to the system, this behavior can be default on registation, or I am willing to look at options for modifying users after they've registered. Any suggestions on how I might achieve this funcationality?

DOH, so I just found Forum Watch for XenForo. I think this should do the trick. Sorry, I should have done a better job searching before I posted this new thread. Hopefully, this will help others searching for similar funcationality.
