XF 2.2 set default landing page?

Hello, we've about to go live with an upgrade to 2.2 and one of the things we are losing in the process is a plugin (now incompatible) that showed Latest Posts at the top of the forum list whenever a user logged in to the forums.

We're aware of the "What's New" and "New Posts" tabs and are wondering if there is a facility for users to choose one of those, for instance, as their landing page when they log in.

Failing that is it possible to set that as a system wide default? Not that we'd necessarily go that route but it would be good to know.

Please note that I have Searched, FAQ'd and checked the manual. Apologies if I've missed something pertinent.

There isn't an option for members to set their own index page but they can of course bookmark whichever page/URL they want in their browser.

The index page is set in the ACP Options -> Basic options -> Index page route.

Be aware that you can configure pages using the widget system.

So you could have the latest posts at the top of the forum list for logged in members, if you wish.
