Add-on Set alert for liked posts

On alert preferences, all I see is:

Messages in Threads
Receive an alert when someone...

• Replies to a watched thread
  Someone replies to a thread you are watching
• Attaches a file to a watched thread
  Someone replies and attaches a file to a thread you are watching
• Quotes your message
  Someone directly quotes one of your messages in a thread
• Likes your message
  Someone likes one of your messages in a thread

Normally, if you just like a post on a thread, and not posted their, you will not be notified if there are new post on that thread.

I would like to have another option.
If the user likes a post on a the thread he/she will be automatically be "Watching that Thread"
and will receive an alert if their are new post on that thread.
I would like to set this as default also for all the users.

It's probably best as an add-on request, as I doubt XF developers wouldn't incorporate this as it takes away from the UX.

If I like a post on a thread, I'd rather not be watching the thread!

To me personally it seems illogical that by liking one post in a thread, you're going to be alerted for all subsequent posts.

But that's just me!
