server is not accepting empty requests

My web hosting PHP settings include some sort of directive not to allow empty $_POST variables so the script was unable to see that you were trying to login.

How to fix this, where is PHP setup for this?

You are using the wrong encoding type. Use application/x-www-form-urlencoded instead of text/plain.
