What is this any suggestion, trying to install xenforo

If you're clicking the continue button, I would recommend not as the page should continue automatically (that said, that button shouldn't be appearing any more).

If you're not clicking the button and this is happening, please try another browser. I suspect that your server may be erroring, potentially causing the browser to re-fire the request (which I have seen before). Given the 500 ISE errors that you're getting, if that's the case, it might be worth considering a new host.
