XF 2.2 server error

i just need to know how to solve this server error like what should i edit or what should i do

and idk if this happens because of this but i can't add new subjects

Download the upgrade archive from your customer account for the version currently installed and upload the files again.

Then run the file health check to confirm all files are correct.

Then do a new rebuild.

so should i replace it by deleting old files or upload upgrade files directly and the files with go to their right place by itself?

okay i uploaded the files and the rebuild master showed that everything is fine and i pressed it then after its finished the forum is closed and it gave this message "The requested page could not be found."

i asked a developer to re-install the forum and keep the data.
