Paul B XenForo moderator Staff member Sep 25, 2015 #2 That is a generic error so you would need to inspect the server error log (not the ACP error log) to determine the cause. If you aren't sure how to do that, your host should be able to help. Upvote 0 Downvote

T tihasz Member Sep 25, 2015 #3 Nothing in the log. Waiting for response of the customer. We had a 10.000 character limit, i removed it and asked him to try again. Could this cause an error if he passed that limit? Upvote 0 Downvote
