Implemented Separate XF.Cropbox into its own JS file

At the moment, if we want to use the XF.Cropbox class in our own projects, we have to include the entirety of avatar.js. There is nothing in the XF.Cropbox class that necessitates it being bundled with avatar.js.

Nothing says you couldn't create your own avatar-compiled.js that bundles XF.Cropbox if you want to maintain the single JS file inclusion as well.

I'm keeping them separate but there is now a js/xf/crop_box.js file (and minified variant).
