XF 1.5 Separate Forums Same User Database

I have two separate forums which I want both to use the same user database. Users on either forum should be able to log in with user and password from the whichever forum they pick, and there should not be any overlapping of same usernames. What is the best way to do this?

I could only recommend looking in the resource manager to see if one fits your needs. If not, you may need to contact a developer to have something developed to your specs.
