I know what it's like to have sickness holding you back. I've been extremely ill myself for years but somehow manage to be able to get by with my site and starting to code add-ons like the one I've recently released (which I plan to keep updated. I installed 2.3.0 Beta4 before 1 week and now my website is removed from Bing, Yahoo and Duckduckgo search engines..

Guys, please all take a step back and accept the situation as it is for the time being. I know it´s uncomfortable in regards for operating your sites. We all know au lait as a trustworthy coder for almost 10 years and he will sort everything out, when he can make it through the hard times he is facing right now. I´ld like to firmly ask all of you to give that man the time he needs to fight his way through his health problems, so he can concentrate on that - and that only. I have no doubts that Sebastian will give us an update, as soon as he is capable of. Until that date and if you are religious in some way, spare a prayer. No matter, under which name you call god.

As someone who has battled anxiety and panic attacks - I understand what he means by mental issues (I assume it is something similar he is undergoing). All I am asking is to keep his website open so I can download the addon. Considering that I renewed barely a week before he took everything offline, I dont think it is an unreasonable request.

No, it isn´t unreasonable and that wasn´t my point. The point is, that we shouldn´t bother him with trivial things that just puts an additional burden on his shoulders. Give that man the time to breath and to recover and accept, that he can´t put any energy in supporting his add-ons for the time being. You´ll have plenty of time asking him anything you like, when he´s back.

To maintain the website is an additional burden, to read all the comments on his health issues is a burden, too. And honstely - to not download the product after you have renewed, is an error in itself. I know, uncomfortable situation. But wether you or your website is dying from it, or? I have issues with some of his add-ons, too - but hey, my problems with that for sure don´t outrank his or have any priority. What is the hard part of accepting that situation?
