Sorry for my english...

i can fix this in settings of xenforo?
I understand correctly?i want save structure of forum after vbulletin
Not sure how vBulletin does it (never ran it).

Here is where you can put the URL in the ACP -> Applications for the nodes
screenshot.webp

When you do that, this is what the address bar looks like when you go to the Site Announcements

screenshot1.webp

And when you go into an actual topic topic itself
screenshot2.webp

And without the URL enabled this is what the Site Announcements node looks like

screenshot3.webp

Note, I have friendly URL's enabled.

Far as I know you won't be able to do that as you have to have a route defined (normally forum). My sites are installed in the root so that is why it is domain.com/forum/. I could rename /forum with a route, but it will still have to be something static. To get the name-thread may take an add-on (@Jeremy or @Jake Bunce) could probably better tell you.
Also, I think when you enter the thread it will still show the ID and not the thread name (again may require an add-on or possibly template changes).
