This is a long-term role. We are not looking for a rushed setup or a basic installation. We are looking for someone who can act as a technical backbone and think long-term.

You should have strong experience with XenForo including:

• Setting up clean and scalable forum structures
• Working with existing plugins (selection, evaluation, integration)
• Ability to customize or build plugins when required

We will often evaluate existing plugins available in the XenForo ecosystem. In some cases, we may use third-party solutions. In other cases, we may ask you to modify or build custom functionality depending on what makes the most sense.

We value clear thinking and practical decision-making. You should be comfortable advising whether to:

• use an existing plugin
• customize it
• or build something from scratch

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building solid systems and working closely on a project over time.

Note: This is not our first experience building and managing online communities. The project is being led by someone with over 25 years of online business experience, including hands-on experience managing and scaling a large online community platform in the past.

Because of this, we value practical thinking, long-term decision making, clean architecture, stability, scalability, and thoughtful execution over rushed development or unnecessary complexity.
