Google Checkout will process this without issue.
Despite popular belief ... Paypal is not welcome in every country (as you have learned)

Do you have any experience with Google Checkout ?
Can I send money from a Canadian or American Bank account, directly to a Russian one ?

Have the Russian account add a Google Checkout Buy Now on website and the American / Canadian person click on it.
Just like how you would use a PayPal Buy Now button
Google has Buy Now buttons too

Yes. But for this russian correspondent must have account in euros or in dollars. Although I can be wrong.

Russia treats the Ukraine differently internationally and as a result, so do many others.
I am looking into *ALL* options (but I might be alone in that regard !)
