Duplicate Self Delete Account Option

I have some of my ad agencies contacting me telling me that some laws here in the US are changing next year (specifically California) and for my ads to continue running on my site I "MUST" offer an option to allow users to delete their own accounts and content.

I am not happy about this request, but if we are to survive on ad revenue we must please the ad gods.

Can this be something that can be added? Or is there an add on available which can do this? (I looked and did not find one)

You can use the spam cleaner to delete all of their messages but some tweaking of its settings might be required.
