Fixed Select quote doesn't work next to the attached files box

When trying to select a paragraph (triple click on Chrome 36.0.1985.125, OS X ) that is next to the attached files box, it doesn't show the tooltip:

Actually it has nothing to do with the attached files box. It happens on the last paragraph regardless.

A fix for this will be rolled out shortly. Hopefully triple click behavior should be more consistent everywhere.
