Recently updated to 2.1.4, after a few days I received a contact, the following is the content.

Hey ,
I found Security Vulnerability in your web application ,which can harm site as ell as users too.For security purpose can we report vulnerability here,then will i get bounty bounty reward in PayPal or Bitcoin for Security bug ?

Has anyone received a similar message? I think this is just a scam.

Generally just ignore it.

In the cases we know about where a bounty has been paid through similar requests the issues haven’t been significant and have been minor issues that we wouldn’t consider to be security issues.
