Is it allowed to have a testforum on another domain because i see on this forum people who have troubles with caching etc. on the same domain?

You are permitted one public installation and one private, password protected installation, limited to you and your site staff.

No, it just means it needs to be password protected using .htaccess or similar.

You should remove the XenForo frontend, whilst you are maintaining 1 testing board (as is allowed) this needs to be completely unavailable to the public.

So i must delete preview installation of xenforo cannot keep it like this closed but viewable, me i contact my host to move site to non public server??

Adding .htaccess password protection is the equivalent of making it not publicly accessible.
