Search with conditional OR

I tried to search for something like this, but i believe its not possible.

I wants to know if is possible to create search link like this:

https://xenforo.com/community/search/1/?q=word1 OR world2 OR word3 or...

I guess that you cannot even do that with Google - the world most powerful search engine.

I already tried to search in this way, but this doesn't give me the reply of that i need.
When I do the search in this way, it shows only post with "all" words and not with "any" words.
Something like if this "+" is working like "and" instead of "or" and I really need that "OR".

I'm gonna explain you why. It's because will be used in a support system, when a customer start to type his support ticket, the system will get some words and will try find posts for customer.
