Fixed Search results link

Hello,

Just noticed something strange, when adding a link for search results it adds a "[node] =..." to the link, any thoughts?

I think this might be a regression from another fix, though I'll need to do some digging. That was part of the URL and probably should have been included.

I believe I now have a fix for this (for the next release) that allows links like in the first post to work but also doesn't interfere with links wrapped in brackets (the fix that caused this).

Note that this won't be retroactive.
