Cannot reproduce Search results are not accurate

Just tried it and got the same result as you andy, but if I un ticked the : Search titles only, then it did show with just the Featured resource

Nevermind, I was able to reproduce the same thing on a test site, so it does seem to be a bug.

I'm not able to reproduce this here -- I get 3 results for each search. However, we are using a more recent version of Elasticsearch (6.4) now and the index has fully been rebuilt since then. It's possible there was some sort of stemming quirk going on, possibly due to variances in the underlying stemming algorithm used at the time of initial indexing (which is a programmatic approach so it may have taken one to "resource" and another to "resourc" as the root word).

If you find any other examples of this, let us know. If you run into something similar on your own site, you may wish to delete the existing Elasticsearch index and re-index (after making sure the stemming option has been set as expected). Alternatively, if that doesn't resolve it, please test with a more recent version of Elasticsearch.
