Fixed Scroll bar arrows go on top of the forum name

This screenshot is from "batch update threads" in ACP, but I guess you can find other areas with the same problem:

Not sure of RTL specific, but the arrow column shouldn't be so close or there at all. Tested on Chrome 28, OSX 10.8.4
 
I believe I fixed this since 1.2.0, hence why I can't reproduce it any more. If it still happens with 1.2.1, then let us know - but I definitely don't see output that looks like that.
