XF 2.0 Say's I don't have curl installed

I'm trying to setup xenforo on my ubuntu 18.04 server with php 7.2 and it's telling me I don't have curl installed, however I do have it installed.

You may have cURL enabled on the server, but the error message is specifically stating that PHP isn't compiled with cURL support. This means that the cURL extensions are not available to PHP so this would need to be resolved.

What did you do to fix it? Having same issue.

You need to compile the PHP instance that is used for the forum with cURL.

You can ask your hosting provider to see if they can do this for you.

It shouldn't be that hard for them to fix this for you.
