All of my resources and albums are stored on s3. I am using the config from https://xenforo.com/community/resou...on-s3-for-file-storage-in-xf-2-1-xf-2-2.6805/

I was able to fix this.

Had to edit

Change

XF\Cli\Command\Rebuild\AbstractImageOptimizationCommand

to

XF\Cli\Command\Rebuild\AbstractRebuildCommand

in src/addons/XFRM/Cli/Command/Rebuild/IconOptimization.php

Also had to change

class IconOptimization extends AbstractImageOptimizationCommand

to

class IconOptimization extends AbstractRebuildCommand
