Run cron for rss feed when no user is logged in.

I have a small forum and when no user is logged in during the early hours of the morning the registered feeds that I created do not run.

Is there anyway of running this by setting a cron in Plesk / Cpanel?

I guess it would mean running a cron on a php file but am not sure? Any example?

You could setup a cron job of your own to "wget" the cron file.

Just this should work: wget http://url.to.site/path/cron.php

You'll need to choose the frequency of running it to fit what you want.
