I have been struggling with this for long time without solution

I need something that can be integrated to the bare



or how it can manually be added to that bar above

it is very confusing and take too much time to write something simple with codes

You can't add anything to the editor ...

What Is You Experience With TinyMCE [XenForo's Editor]?

If you don't care to change the Editor and are looking something free: see here (supports RTL and LTR configuration).
If you want to add buttons to TinyMCE, it's possible. My paid addon has this function (but it's not its main purpose), see here. Of course you will need to write your bbcode using the bbcode manager.
