Fixed RTL: Alighnment Of Menu Icons In The Editor

In RTL mode, icons in the editor menu are positioned as: "no-repeat 0 0;" which causes them to be positioned on the left side.

Fixed now, thanks. One of those annoying cases where positioning is entirely based on the left edge, so RTL requires a change in concept.

I understand it, especially because I have faced this issue very often when converting LTR themes to RTL.
