Is it possible to set route from
/forum/find-new/604/posts
to
/forum/freshposts/ ?

.. or only in .htaccess file 301?

The short answer here is no. Based on your example, you're removing the number, which is required.

@Mike ok, but could you please point me the right RewriteCond and RewriteRule lines to put in .htaccess for that?
