Not sure if this is already in the works but i think we should have a robust plugin system so that the developers won't have to go around pleasing everyone with their individual suggestions. Not saying that individual suggestions is bad but having the option to turn on and off just adds clutter to what should be a streamlined product which can be improved on individually.
We should learn from other's mistakes and the way vBulletin is doing it [adding many things that most won't even use and giving the option to turn on or off] isn't really the most efficient way of doing things. The admincp is just a big cluttered mess.
