Greets,
We are looking for a developer to build an add-on that utilizes Twilo (https://www.twilio.com/sms) to allow administrators to send breaking news alerts via SMS to specific usergroups (in our case, paid subscribers). This add-on would:
1. Pull phone numbers from a custom profile field for sending SMS alerts to
2. Only send SMS alerts to members in specific usergroups
3. Allow admins to send text alerts from Xenforo admin screen or custom page (I'd think custom page is easiest, which we can set user permissions to admins only so they can fire off text alerts quickly without having to go through XF admin login).
4. If possible if user replies via SMS with stop/unsubscribe, to remove their number from the XF custom field.
That's it, pretty simple implementation and it will not be used for Xenforo alerts - this is only for breaking news alerts our admin/staff sends out now and then to specific usergroups via SMS. Twilio's API for SMS is here: https://www.twilio.com/docs/sms . (Down the road I'd like to extend this using Twilio's beta to Slack, Viber, etc. via the same API)

P.S. If there is interest in open sourcing this for placement in XF Resources (and porting to XF2), I'm all for it.
