As designed Revoking ability to download not "working" on your own resources

I know it seems silly since it's your own resource so not even sure you'd consider it a "bug".

You can still download resources under your name even with the access revoked.

(I was testing the disabled RM button and it took me a second to debug as to why I could still download even though I revoked it)

We generally apply exceptions to your own content like that.
