Lack of interest Reviews in Resource Manager

I just started playing a bit with the RM and found a few things that may need improvement
1) BBCode support in reviews. Right now everything is plain text so I can not bold/italic any part of the review
2) Admin permission to edit the reviews. I couldn't find any permission.
3) Very long reviews need to be shown only the first xxx characters and there should be a View more link that will expand the review using ajax
