XF 1.1 Returns no result for few members.

Hello,
Today when I received few complains I notice that when user go to their profile and click Posting tab and then clicks 'Find all thread by {username} it returns "no results found" and url look something like this: http://www.forums.com/search/member?user_id=56609&content=thread

It works fine for most though. Oh and user who having this issue definitely had started many threads.

Please advice.

Are you receiving any server errors?

Are they new or old posts?

Try rebuilding the search index.

nope...

they are all mixed... It just does not show those threads.
However when I go to Advance search and search threads by same user it does return all good results.
