Restrict Poll Creation to certain usergroup - Polls permission through user group

Do you want to restrict creation of polls to only a certain users?

Here's how :

1. Create a new usergroup eg. Pollster.
(Don't set any permission for the new usergroup)

2. Take note of the user group number. You can find out your newly
created group ID by going to the ACP --> Users --> List User Groups
then use your mouse to point on your newly create group and click Copy Link Location.
