Lack of interest Responsive sub-forums display style: Transform "Listed below node" to "Popup menu" for narrower widths

Comparing the default sub-forum display styles of XenForo 2.x, "Listed below node" (flat) sub-forums are hidden from display at a wider responsive break point than "Popup Menu" (menu). Instead of removing flat sub-forum lists, how about converting the display style to a menu?

I'd welcome this improvement to the existing flat display style (or new 'hybrid' option) :D.
