As designed Responsive: Post control links breaks to two lines when history link is present

Wrapping is to be expected when screen widths are too narrow to enable the content to be displayed on one row.

Nav-bar and breadcrumb compact in this view though, so maybe remove 'History' from the post mod toolbar for this (the most narrow) view - it's arguably not essential when compared to the other tools on that line.

I could understand if the breaking was a part of third party addon, but this is issue with the default design&functions.

There could be some link that will group the ones which there's no enough space for them. Just like in the navbar. This way it will also allow developers to add their own links to there without worry about the reaponsive version.

There are several instances where such wrapping occurs within the default style. Wrapping to a second line doesn't affect functionality, and doesn't look bad.
