There seem to be three variants for Responsive Design for XenForo 1.2

Narrow (0-480px)
  • 240 X 320 (Samsung Galaxy Y S5360)
  • 320 X 240 (BlackBerry 9300 Curve 3G)
  • 320 X 356 (iPod & iPhone in portrait mode)
  • 320 X 480 (SonyEricsson E15i Xperia X8)
  • 360 x 640 (Samsung Galaxy S3 in portrait mode)
  • 480 X 208 (iPod & iPhone in landscape mode)
Medium (480px-600px)
  • 540 x 960 (Samsung Galaxy S4 in portrait mode)
Wide (600-800px)
  • 640 x 360 (Samsung Galaxy S3 in landscape mode)
  • 768 X 928 (iPad Mini & Regular iPad in portrait mode)
Regular site
  • 960 X 540 (Motorola Droid X2)
  • 960 x 540 (Samsung Galaxy S4 in landscape mode)
  • 1024 X 672 (iPad Mini & Regular iPad in landscape mode)
  • 2048 X 1536 (iPad with Retina Display in landscape mode)

Please post your Google Analytics (http://xenforo.com/community/threads/post-your-mobile-device-resolution-from-google-analytics.50929/) and I'll update this list :)

You have it wrong for Samsung S* phones. Those phones have 4 dots per pixel screens like iPhones, so actual resolution is twice smaller. Same for iOS devices with retina screens.

640 x 360 (Samsung Galaxy S3 in landscape mode)
360 x 640 (Samsung Galaxy S3 in portrait mode)
960 x 540 (Samsung Galaxy S4 in landscape mode)
540 x 960 (Samsung Galaxy S4 in portrait mode)

Thanks, I didn't count the double resolution. I have updated the first post.

Wow this helped a lot thank you. smh @ me putting minimum browser width to 320px. No wonder I had so many problems.
