Good afternoon,
I have a user which I need to give the privilege to answer Direct Messages immediately, without waiting 3 minutes after answering one of them.
It belongs to a specific group and I don't mind to give this privilege to all the users in that group if is easier.
I have been looking for the option but I can't find it in the admin panel.
Would be great if you can help me with this problem.
