XF 1.5 Resource Manager Install

Hey I went to the install help page but just have one question;

When moving files to server, do I drag "upload" file over to xenforo install path (creating a new "upload" folder) or do I open "upload" folder and move contents "library" and "styles" into xenforo install path on server...or does it matter?

Now looking back, I'm guessing the 2nd option (moving each separate) based on the install xml path given on help page
