XF 2.2 Remove file uploads from resource manager

I am converting the resource manager to a simple review section. Nothing to fancy other than changing phrases but I do need to remove the upload button and text. Can anyone help me with that?

I just want to remove what is shown in the pic.

Admin Panel -> Resources -> Resource categories

Choose the category and unselect the Uploaded file option from Allowed resource types.

Nevermind, I figured out the template edits.
