RM 1.0 Remove "paid" from Resource Manager

Hi,

Is it possible to deactivate the part in Resource Manager that has to do with "paid" resources? Initially I would like to not have this option visible to the user.

Uncheck External purchase and download in the category.

You will also need to edit the resource_index template and remove or xen:comment out <li class="{xen:if '{$typeFilter} == "paid"', active}"><a href="{xen:link resources, '', '_params={$orderParams}', 'type=paid'}">{xen:phrase paid}</a></li>
