RM 1.2 Resource Admin Control panel suddenly does not work

My Resource Categories, Prefixes, and Fields panels are suddenly blank. The resource manager continues to work for users but I have not way to administer it. File health check runs and says all is OK. I've tried different browsers and different computers all with the same result. I have rebooted the server.

What could be wrong? Xenforo 1.5.22, Resource Manager 1.2.4

Resolved. On the admin home panel, there was a notice that a manual rebuild process had been stopped and needed to be completed. Once complete, the resources panel was restored.
