Resizing an image with Safari iOS

Seems like the tool tip that opens up on the bottom of an image when clicking the resize button is causing the browser to go crazy. I think it should scroll down automatically to this tool tip, or there is a need to move it to the top. Right now the user doesn't see it, and it's causing a confusion in which the user need to scroll down and then the browser goes crazy.

Tested with iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16.0.2
