Add-on Resize and compress image proxy images

I would like an addon that uses jpegoptim to compress image proxy images before writing them to the server and also resizes them if they exceed a specified maximum width. I am using the built in XenForo image proxy.

What I have in mind is that the addon options would include:

• jpegoptim path to executable
• jpegoptim maximum quality
• image maximum width before resizing

Please let me know if you can do this and how much it would cost. I think a lot of members would be willing to pay for such an addon.
