Resilio (Bittorrent Sync previously) is P2P and encrypted, and meant to share large numbers of files, or large files.

Not sure why he wants it integrated into XenForo.

It might be that "sharing large files" is the core theme of his forum. In which case this plugin would be very much at the custom development end (only he wants it), rather than the general consumption end (everyone wants it), of the development spectrum.

Well this is in the development request forum, so I am sure someone will be willing to code it up for a fee.
