Add-on [Request] Reply if post count is more than

I'd really like to see something that would allow me to have the ability to set a required amount of posts to be able to reply to a single thread if that is even possible.

I really doubt it's going to be possible to set permissions at thread level, but if it is ne specific thread you want to do this for, then why not just make a forum for that one thread, so you can then set permissions for that forum with that one thread for a user group that meets your post count criteria?

I was looking to have something like that for a giveaways thread. We have s section for all our giveaway threads but requirements change for each giveaway we do.
